Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the world and second leading cause of death in the world. There is cultural barrier and discipline conflict of the disease where patients cannot go to breast clinic while there is male attendant.
Case Presentation: A female, , 38-year-old patient para 6 Gravida 6, from rural area, never used oral contraceptive pills, No history of smoking, presented at the emergency department with complaints of hard lump of the right breast, swelling of right upper limb (lymphoedema), ulceration of the breast, fixed to the chest, paeu d orange. Histological confirmed suggestive of ductal carcinoma breast cancer.
Conclusion: lack of Multidisciplinary team, cancer institute, and knowledge of discipline management breast cancer were main contributors of the severity of the disease.
