Consumer input for a review involving ventilated adults with Acute Lung Injury or Adult Respiratory Distress Syndrome

Skills: Consumer Input
EC212 High versus low positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) levels for mechanically ventilated adult patients with acute lung injury and acute respiratory distress syndrome
Consumer / stakeholder sought to give their evaluation on an update of an Intensive Care review update evaluating high versus low Peek End-Expiratory Pressure (PEEP) ventilator settings for adults with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome or Acute Lung Injury (PDF of earlier published review attached). The update is nearing sign off and might take one to two weeks to read the review and give feedback.

Ideal Applicant

You might have experience as a consumer author giving feedback to a review involving critical care, or respiratory medicine.
Or you might feel that you have relevant personal experience, or that the experience of caring for a loved one, gives you relevant insight that our review group and the author team would benefit from. This task can be achieved remotely, and is expected to be so at this time.

Please contact me, Vernon Hedge (vernon.paul.hedge@regionh.dk), if you you would like to discuss anything about the task - that would be very welcome.
N.B., There may be some flexibility in the timeline.
